Coverage documentation requests follow a standard process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
This article explains how to access Coverage ID cards, request Evidence of Coverage, and what information is required.
Coverage ID Card
Coverage ID cards are available in two ways:
- Sent by email
- Available for download directly from the TeqMobility Dashboard
ID cards reflect coverage made available under a carrier-issued policy and are provided for reference purposes.
Evidence of Coverage Requests
Requests for Evidence of Coverage must be submitted by email.
Send requests to support@teqmobility.com.
Required Information
To help process your request efficiently, include the following details in your email:
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Registered vehicle name
- Registered address
Incomplete requests may delay processing.
Delivery Timelines
- Documentation is typically provided within 24 to 48 hours after receiving a complete request.
- Timelines may vary if additional information is required.
Important Notes
- Documentation availability is subject to coverage eligibility and carrier requirements.
- Documents reflect coverage access and do not replace carrier-issued policy terms.
