Account Name Requirements

Name Change Request
To request an account name change, email support@teqmobility.com with the updated information. Support will review and guide you through the next steps.
Adding Vehicle Owners
At this time, requests to add vehicle owners must be submitted by email to support@teqmobility.com. Please include the following details for each owner:
- Full legal name
- Registered vehicle name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Mailing address
