Overview

On-Rent Coverage applies during periods when vehicles are actively rented.
Access is limited to fleets that meet eligibility standards set by the carrier-issued policy.
This article helps pre-qualify fleets and reduce unqualified submissions.

How to Request Access

  • Complete the Off-Rent submission form.
  • Ensure all required vehicle and fleet details are accurate.
  • Submit once Off-Rent Coverage is approved and active.

On-Rent access is reviewed after Off-Rent eligibility is confirmed.


Software Platform Requirements

  • You must already use a rental management software system or
  • Have custom-built fleet software that supports operational integration.

This ensures vehicles, rentals, and coverage periods are managed consistently.

Relationship to Off-Rent Coverage

  • Approved Off-Rent Coverage is required before On-Rent Coverage can be requested.
  • Off-Rent Coverage establishes vehicle eligibility and baseline approval.
  • On-Rent Coverage relies on this approval and cannot exist independently.

All coverage availability remains subject to:

  • Carrier policy terms
  • Conditions and exclusions
  • Ongoing eligibility review
