Using the Coverage Dashboard

Overview

The TeqMobility Dashboard is a platform management tool.
It provides visibility into vehicles, coverage status, and subscription details.

The dashboard does not replace carrier-issued policy documents and does not display full policy terms, conditions, or endorsements.

How to Log In

• Log in to the TeqMobility Dashboard using your account credentials.
• Access is limited to authorized users on the account.
  
  

Viewing Your Vehicles

You can view vehicles associated with your account from:

• The Overview tab
• The Fleet tab
  
  

These sections display vehicle details and current status.

Viewing Coverage Status

• Coverage status for each vehicle appears in the Off-Rent Coverage tab.
• Status indicators show whether a vehicle is approved, pending, or inactive.
  
  

Coverage visibility reflects platform status only and remains subject to carrier rules.

Managing Subscriptions and Billing

From the dashboard, you can:

• View vehicles linked to your account
• Check current coverage status
• Manage subscriptions
• Review billing information
  
  

Changes made in the dashboard apply to platform access and administrative settings only.

Important Clarification

• The Coverage Dashboard is not an insurance policy.
• It does not replace carrier-issued documents.
• Coverage availability, limits, and claims are governed solely by the carrier-issued policy.
