What to expect when submitting a vehicle and how to avoid delays or rejections.
Typical Approval Timelines
Vehicle submissions are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours.
Photo Requirements
Photos must clearly show all sides of the vehicle, including front, rear, driver side, and passenger side.Pending Submission Status
Unconfirmed Status means additional information or action is required before review can continue. You have to click on Review Subscription in order to finalize the process.
Common Rejection Reasons
The photo cuts off part of the car, or the pictures don’t match.
Resubmission Steps
If a submission is incomplete or rejected, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to update and resubmit.
How to Manually List a Vehicle
Log in to your TeqMobility Dashboard
- Navigate to the Off-Rent Coverage tab
- Enter the required vehicle information and upload clear photos of the vehicle showing all sides.
- Go through the Review Subscription process to accept the applicable terms, the recurring monthly platform fee, and the one-time vehicle deposit.
- Allow approximately 24–48 hours for the submission to be reviewed
