This process confirms vehicle eligibility and ensures required documentation is complete and accurate.
Understanding the steps and requirements helps reduce repeat submissions and delays.
Typical Approval Timelines
- Vehicle submissions are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours.
- Review times may vary if additional information or clarification is required.
Photo Requirements
Photos must clearly show the full vehicle from all sides.
Required photos:
- Front
- Rear
- Driver side
- Passenger side
Photos must:
- Show the entire vehicle, not cropped or cut off
- Match the submitted vehicle information
- Be clear, well lit, and current
Submission Status Explained
- Unconfirmed Status means the submission is not complete.
- This usually indicates the client still needs to:
- Upload missing photos
- Complete required vehicle information
- Accept the required terms and fees
Submissions remain unconfirmed until all steps are completed.
Common Rejection Reasons
Submissions may be rejected for reasons such as:
- Photos cutting off part of the vehicle
- Photos that do not match the listed vehicle
- Incomplete or unclear images
- Missing required information
Review all requirements carefully before submitting to avoid rejections.
Resubmission Steps
If a submission is incomplete or rejected:
- You will receive an email notification with instructions.
- Follow the steps in the email to correct the issue.
- Upload updated photos or information as requested.
- Resubmit directly through your dashboard.
How to Manually List a Vehicle
- Log in to your TeqMobility Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Off-Rent Insurance tab.
- Enter the required vehicle information.
- Upload clear photos showing all sides of the vehicle.
- Complete the Review Subscription process.
- Accept the applicable terms
- Confirm the recurring monthly platform fee
- Confirm the one-time vehicle deposit
- Submit the vehicle for review.
- Allow 24 to 48 hours for approval.
You can monitor vehicle status and manage updates at any time from your dashboard.
