Technology Access
Platform fees support the use of TeqMobility’s technology, including system integrations, data processing, reporting tools, and ongoing platform enhancements.
Coverage Coordination
TeqMobility facilitates administrative coordination related to coverage made available under a carrier-issued policy. This may include enabling coverage status visibility, supporting required submissions, and coordinating communication related to coverage access.
Support Services
Platform fees also support access to TeqMobility’s customer support team for assistance with platform usage, account management, documentation requests, and general operational questions.
